Federal Register :: Protecting Statutory Conscience Rights in Health Care; Delegations of Authority: A Proposed Rule by the Health and Human Services Department on

"... both morals and sound policy require that the State should
not violate the conscience of the individual. All [of] our
history gives confirmation to the view that liberty of conscience has a
moral and social value which makes it worthy of preservation at the
hands of the state. So deep in its significance and vital,
indeed, is it to the integrity of man's moral and spiritual nature that
nothing short of the self-preservation of the state should warrant its
violation; and it may well be questioned whether the state which
preserves its life by a settled policy of violation of the conscience
of the individual will not in fact ultimately lose it by the
process."
- United States v. Seeger, 380 U.S. 163, 170 (1965), quoting Harlan Fiske Stone, The Conscientious Objector, 21 Col. Univ. Q. 253, 269 (1919).
- A Proposed Rule by the Health and Human Services Department on 01/26/2018 Is this in their own rules?
Re: Covid-19 Death Rate vs Vitamin D.
On 8/6/2020 10:15am, (This bubble was an updated
email. The reason for the email is to give hope, reduce
fears and provide a possible prescription for a "case of Covid" other
than to go home and quarantine.
If you or your loved one has
Covid or want to prevent it, show this page to them. Ask your
doctor(s) for his opinion and advice about this study & the
Q.&A's. He might proscribe a treatment more proactive and pro preventative than quarantine alone.
See additional prevention treatments in the "Resources" especially numbers 1 & # 2. ) (

This article w/ 'Resources' is why I started
to question the flip flopping medical advice. Whoever heard of
catching "something" and not getting a treatment for it - not even
antibiotics! Fourteen days of quarantine could be 14 days of
TREATMENT!
