Covid-19 Death Rate vs Vitamin D.

QRC link for this Covid Death Rate vs Vit D webpage.
On 8/6/2020 10:15am,   (This is an updated email.  The reason for the email is to give hope, reduce fears and provide a possible prescription for a "case of Covid" other than to go home and quarantine.  If you or your loved one has Covid or want to prevent it, show this page to them.  Ask the doctor for his opinion and advice about this study & the Q.&A's.  He might proscribe a treatment more proactive and pro preventative.)   2020.08.12 update >  editor's edits are in purple.
.Hi Doc. ,  (The doctor's answers are in purple italics.)
I have discovered more questions today.  I would like to restate all of my questions from the previous email into one list here:
  1. Do you think that this report is valid, good, beneficial, worthless or somewhere in the middle? "Valid"
  2. If a person has had 25-OH Vit. D blood tests above "34" over the last 2 years, is that the same as the chart's 34 ng/ml?  "Yes"
  3. If they are the same (i.e. #2 is true), and if the chart is other than worthless, would the chart indicate a kind of safety factor against death by Covid19? "Yes, preventative."
  4. If #2 is true, could that imply an immunity against Covid?  "No but would indicate a reduced risk against a severe case of Covid." [See Resource #3 below.]
  5. If #2 is true, could a person still get Covid and be contagious?  "Yes."
  6. Why would a "parallel supply of Vitamin K2" be required?  [The last sentence in the abstract below.]  "D & K work synergistically - each vitamin should be on the same tablet /pill."

'Hi Doctor,  Is this report valid, good, beneficial or worthless?

Vitamin D Essentials EN.pdf  Lorenz Borsche / Dr. Bernd Glauner | Covid-19: More deaths? More lockdown? More suffering?  Vitamin D deficiency causes a 10 times higher death rate in Covid-19 patients according to recent studies. What we can do to get the Covid-19 pandemic under control and avoid another lockdown.  (From pg. 11 of 17)  A very good summary with quotations from important publications has been compiled by Dr. Renu Mahtani, an American physician of Indian descent (see especially the second half of the lecture).  She impressively proves that a sufficient supply of vitamin D is sufficient to keep Covid-19 largely in check.  It should be noted that Mrs. Mahtani does not mention the parallel supply of vitamin K2, which is absolutely necessary in the authors' view, when supplementing with vitamin D.
