governments with some contractual or implied connections that
essentially forces a person into medical bondage system not
much different than slavery. The person is forced to make a
choice to enter into medical slavery or financial slavery

obviously illegal and hugely damaging to not only the person but also
those who depend on the person's association for basic life resources.
