  2. Why You Shouldn’t Use “Anti-Spying” Tools for Windows 10 by Chris Hoffman on September 29th, 2016 | "We recommend changing privacy settings using the normal options in Windows. These invasive tools (3rd party Anti Beacon programs.) can break things and cause a variety of system problems you may not notice until later, with no indication that the problem was caused by the tool."
  3. 30 Ways Your Windows 10 Computer Phones Home to Microsoft | HowToGeek.com by Chris Hoffman on August 3rd, 2015; "Editor's Note: almost everything is sending back data to somewhere - for instance, if you are using Chrome, everything you search for is sent back to Google.  Ad networks are tracking you on every website (including this one).  Facebook and Amazon have ad systems that border on creepy.  We're not necessarily condemning Microsoft with this article, but with all the recent interest in privacy and Windows 10, we decided to build a list of all the things being sent back in Windows 10 and let you decide what you think."

Stopping Windows 10  UPDATE  (8/19/15 I'm not satisfied with these solutions yet and may not offer them.  In any case judge them for yourself.)
I've decided to try this link on How to remove Windows 10 upgrade updates in Windows 7 and 8 - Windows 7 Help Forums .  I didn't want a 1-3GB Win 10 OS sitting on my computer and just "hiding" the update link as the only protection.  The forum link says Win 7 has a "Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them" in the Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Windows Update > Change settings.  After that change and a reboot, the plan is to go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall an Update, then you look for KB3035583 and KB2952664 then uninstall them.  This should get them off of the computers and when they ask to update them again I will "hide" them.  Then they are hidden and not taking up HDrive space.  BTW I'm going to uninstall and hide Skype 7 and use portable Skype 6.10 at PortableApps.com - you don't have to use the PortableApps system if you don't want to.
