Hi,  Snopes and truthorfiction.com have various comments and biases about this email.  You might want to read them.  Perhaps the proposed amendment needs a little edit to infuse more truth in order for it to generate an actual amendment/convention.  Perhaps, it should be made to include all branches i.e. executive and judicial to read:

"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the executive, legislative and judicial branches; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the executive, legislative and judicial branches that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States."

    Perhaps it should be made retroactive to a date before they legislated themselves programs that were/are not commercially available.
    We require our elected officials to live in the districts which they represent so perhaps a similar law should be enacted to apply this preservative theme to all government servants; namely,that the public education of their children or grandchildren shall have personal, familiar CONSEQUENCES such that:

"Any government employee, electee or or appointee shall not be permitted to serve unless they have progeny who use local tax dollars for education."  ??
