Dear Mr. Klenk,

To answer your concerns:

Qu. 1.         I noticed on your petition for FL's Jail4Judges that it states:   "FULL TEXT OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT:  Full text of this amendment is printed and continued on the accompanying four pages.  (RULE 1S-2.009)"
Where are the "accompanying four pages"?

1. The "FULL TEXT OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT:  Full text of this amendment is printed and continued on the accompanying four pages. (RULE 1S-2.009)  Where are the "accompanying four pages"?

We thought it best not to post the full text of the amendment TWICE on 2 seperate web pages. The full text of the amendment is ALREADY POSTED AT -

The petition is on a seperate web page at -

So when you print it out, you may also print out the FULL TEXT OF THE AMENDMENT (on the other page) for yourself.  B-U-T, the full text of the amendment is NOT sent in to the STATE with the petition, ONLY the petition is sent in.  THEY already have a copy of the amendment, they do not need further copies with each and every petition they receive.  The FULL TEXT OF THE AMENDMENT is for Y-O-U-R records only.  The STATE OF FLORIDA already has the amendment in their records.  Normally, when conducting a signature drive IN PERSON, the amendment is presented WITH the petition.  We just copied the petition and posted it on the website.

We are still pressing forward in this work. ....

I hope that answers your concerns.
