PSO3  TERMS:
1.  Unless prior arrangements are made [see #-2], payment is due with receipt of corporate purchase order.
2.  Corporations who have not developed credit with BizMin Association may be required to submit a partial payment with corporate purchase orders over $200 retail. All payments should be made by corporate Check (US Funds), or Money Order (US Funds).
3.  No C.O.D. orders accepted.  Send Sales Orders to BizMin Assoc. street address shown.

4.  Florida Orders include 7.0% Sales Tax or include Tax Exempt Certificate or Business Resellers Certificate.
5.  Omitted. International orders are subject to special conditions, please email us for more information.
6.  Private Schools, Institutions, &/or district wide school orders may qualify for additional discounts- [Call]
7.  Prices are subject to change without notice; however, no changes are anticipated.

8.  A $20.00 charge will be assessed on all returned checks in addition to any and all bank fees or assessments.

DISCOUNT  POLICY:
The size of Corporate Discounts are typically determined by the following:  (1.)  Profit or Not-for -Profit status of pre-qualified purchaser.  (2.)  Returned Merchandise Allowance requirements.  (3.)  Quantity & Volume of Sales orders.

RETURN  POLICY:  Corporate
1.  Material may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
2.  The Original Receipt must accompany the returned item.  Sorry, no exceptions.  Material must arrive undamaged, unmarked, in its original condition and the original manufacturers packaging.
3.  Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

4.  A restocking fee will be charged on all returns.  A minimum of 10%  to a maximum of 20% will be charged based on the discount applied to the Item on the Order.
5.  Materials not purchased directly from BizMin Association may not be returned or exchanged.
6.  Send Returns to BizMin Assocn.'s  SO Receiving & Shipping street address shown.
SHIPPING  POLICY:  Corporate

1. All materials will be shipped Best Way based on order quantities, weight & size.  Large bulk orders will go by Freight (usually) - be sure to order well in advance of expected use date.
2. Orders are processed on a first-come first-served basis. Please allow four weeks for delivery.
3. Any special shipping instructions should be clearly noted on the order.
