RETURN POLICY - Dignitary:
(1.) If the book is undeliverable or not picked up, i.e. no
Return Receipt, BizMin will contact the sender for corrections and resend.
(2.) If the book is returned by the dignitary or his representative,
it will be forwarded to the sender at no cost and published as "Returned"
in the NEP-LOG.HTM.
